Once you place your order, please email us a picture of the house/residence that you would like to have sketched, and the piece will be hand sketched from the image you provide. Please note that if we do not receive your original picture of the house/residence you’d like to have sketched within 3 business days of your order being placed, the order will be canceled since we can’t complete the design without it. Print is hand sketched, scanned via hi-resolution scanner, and then printed on high quality card stock, giving you a beautiful, durable piece of art that will last a lifetime if cared for.
